It's an old fanart and Boys Love!!
I drew this in August 2007 for a friend of mine who made a competition where you should draw Pokémon human. (Gijinka or how are they called??) So I picked Raichu and Pikachu because I like them both very much! (I used to train Pikachu/Raichu every time I played the blue/red edition.)
