It's a Christmas picture for a girl on animexx.com. The event is called "Wichteln", I don't know if you all know this German tradition, but it's a special event for the Christmas time where every participant's name is put into a tombola and you get a random member of animexx for whom you have to draw a special picture. : D Sounds difficult, but it's quite funny. (Hope you understand my explanation... XD)
Kitany mentioned in her profile that she likes Tim Burton and it was hard for me to make a decision between "Nightmare before Christmas" and "Corpse Bride" because I like both. So I made a combination of both movies and this is the result. I used Copic Ciao Markers and aquarell pencils for the coloration of the characters, and pastel chawks for the background. The snow cristals are pasted with Photoshop. I hope you like it and that you had a wonderful Christmas time!!! °__° |
